Zappy Squid IPA – 6.5% ABV

Brewed with El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra Lupulin Powder, this is a juicy, heavily fruit-driven IPA with notes of sweet fruit, and citrus. As with most our IPAs we focused on big late hop additions to push the flavor and aroma of this beer with a light balanced bitterness.

Joe's Magical Pills – 5.3% ABV

A truly German style pilsner brewed with heirloom German heirloom pilsner malt and Tettnanger hops, giving it a beautiful malt aroma balanced with a dusting of spiced fruit character. This Imperial Pilsner is finished in Pinthouse fashion with a tasteful dry hop of Hallertau Mittelfruh.

Burro’s Especial Mexican Style Vienna Lager – 5.3% ABV

Another refreshing and crushable Burro, this one is a Mexican Style Vienna Lager showcasing a clean crisp malt flavor with a light herbal hop aroma. It’s ‘especial’ for a reason!

Nitro Seal Dry Irish Stout – 6.1% ABV

Our flagship Dry Irish Stout is a little bolder than the commercial example most people are familiar with. This version of our Bearded Seal on Nitro is filled with delicious aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate, while the nitrogenation adds a smooth creamy mouthfeel to this stout.

Old Beluga Amber Ale – 5.3% ABV

Old Beluga is a blend of elements from the English-Style ESB and an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out.

Dragon Punch IIPA – 9.0% ABV

Brewed with our good friend Linsey Cornish, Head Brewer of Horse and Dragon Brewing Co. (Fort Collins, Colorado), for the 3rd Annual Colorado Collaboration Festival in Denver, CO. This Imperial IPA is a dragon punch in a glass! We kept finding new places to add more flavor and aroma hops without adding bitterness and the result is an intense dank fruit-filled flavor and aroma profile that is a result of a combination of using Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic Whole Flower hops, Galaxy, Simcoe and Azacca pellet hops, and Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo Lupulin Powder. Yes, all of that, and it’s triple dry hopped. Come and get it!

Runken' Dramblings ESB – 5.8% ABV

An ESB dry hopped with East Kent Golding hops to give it English hops, crystal malt, and fruity notes with a well-balanced malty backbone. This amber-hued brew is served on nitro to give it that smooth and creamy mouthfeel!

Burro’s Breakfast – 6.0% ABV

Our Mexican Style Lager calling on the tradition of German influenced Mexican brewing, Burro’s Breakfast adds an American craft twist, producing a refreshing lager with just a bit more punch. Burro’s features the characteristic corn sweetness in the nose, a light but full body, and a tart dry finish with just a touch of sweetness and a soft balanced bitterness. We’re also stoked to announce that Burro’s Breakfast qualifies as a low-gluten beer!

It could be argued that our brewers are more than just a little obsessed with hops… This obsession led to the creation of our flagship IPA, Man O’ War, an aggressively dry-hopped, West Coast influenced IPA with a huge hop display of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Brewed with Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops, this is a brew for those who truly love and appreciate all of the goodness that comes from those delicious little green cones.

What The @#&$ Is Juice NE IPA – 7.0% ABV

Straight JOOOOICE! A hop-filled haze bomb brewed with a soft pillowy mouthfeel that provides the foundation for a barrage of flavor, aroma hop additions and a double dry hop made up of Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic Lupulin Powder. This New England IPA is juicy, fruity, and dank in all the right places!

Lil' Sebastian Wit – 5.7% ABV

This magical lovechild of Belgian tradition and American ingenuity. Brewed in our open-top fermenter with sweet orange peel and coriander, Lil’ Sebastian’s nose is filled with bubblegum, sweet orange, and fruity berries, followed with mild dry estery mouthfeel and an extremely clean finish.

Nomura Imperial Jellyfish DIPA – 10.0% ABV

This creature from the deep reemerges with its big tropical citrus character and dank orange, lychee, floral, and mostly dangerous notes! Brewed with Citra Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, and Azacca hops, the big characteristics of this hazy Double IPA are layered over floral notes to make this beer balanced and juicy.

Jib Cutter Craft Lager – 4.6% ABV

The Jib Cutter is an American Craft Lager utilizing two newer hop varieties, one from the Yakima Valley and one from Germany: Equinox and Saphir. The new hop varieties give the beer refreshing notes of lychee, orchard fruit and floral characters that overlay a German Pilsner malt character. Jib Cutter is lightly hopped and very approachable to all beer drinkers who want variety in flavor and a light refreshing beer.
