This hazy IPA brewed with Azacca hops, Citra Lupulin Powder, and Equinot Lupulin Powder, showcases passion fruit, citrus, and dank notes coupled with a soft mouthfeel. ATX Pale Ale – 6% ABV

ATX Pale Ale is our new-school American style pale ale brewed with Calypso and Mosaic hops and a light body. This style of pale ale focuses on the flavor and aroma of the hop and finishes with a light balanced bitterness. Intense aromas of dank tropical fruit, peaches, stone fruit, red berries and ripe pineapple notes are present throughout the flavor. The immense hop oil from the 4.5lbs/bbl used leave a delicious resinous hop oil character throughout the palate while finishing dry and sticky.

Lupulin Wizard IIPA – 8.4% ABV

An Imperial IPA we brewed with some serious sorcery to truly showcase our love of hops. Using a new triple threat whirl-pooling technique this may be our juiciest, fruitiest, aromatic beer yet. The Lupulin Wizard has enough malt to barely balance out the hop load of this beer, it lets the big notes of stone fruitiness, cattiness, grapefruit and juicy citrus really shine. This Double IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Citra hops at over 11 pounds per barrel! Behold the wizardry and enjoy!

Training Bines IPA – 7.0% ABV

Training Bines forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a wonderfully complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from some of the Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic Lupulin Powder, and the Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop and the farmers who grow it!

Burro's Breakfast – 6.0% ABV

Our Mexican Style Lager calling on the tradition of German influenced Mexican brewing, Burro’s Breakfast adds an American craft twist, producing a refreshing lager with just a bit more punch. Burro’s features the characteristic corn sweetness in the nose, a light but full body, and a tart dry finish with just a touch of sweetness and a soft balanced bitterness. We’re also stoked to announce that Burro’s Breakfast qualifies as a low-gluten beer!

Pellet Pro American Pale Ale – 6.0% ABV

Pellet Pro is a crisp, light, and refreshing classic new-aged American Pale. Brewed to showcase the intensity of the T-90 hop pellet, this beer features a juicy fruit character and bright orange zest with notes of mango and stone fruit derived from Mosaic, Amarillo and El Dorado hops.

Handlebier Pale Ale – 5.2% ABV

A modern update on the classic American Pale. Brewed with a light and refreshing malt bill accented with classic American Cascade and new school Mosaic Hops. Aromas of Ruby red grapefruit and balsam pine followed with flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry.

Fluttershy Saison – 6% ABV

A traditional Belgian Saison brewed in our open top fermenter to highlight the complex notes produced by the White Labs 565 Saison Yeast Strain. Its complex yeast esters lend notes of clove, bubblegum and sweet fruit to this old world ale.

Lil' Sebastian Wit – 5.7% ABV

This magical lovechild of Belgian tradition and American ingenuity. Brewed in our open-top fermenter with sweet orange peel and coriander, Lil’ Sebastian’s nose is filled with bubblegum, sweet orange, and fruity berries, followed with mild dry estery mouthfeel and an extremely clean finish.
