The 2014 Alpha King Competition runner-up and 2015 Los Angeles International Beer Competition Silver Medal-winner for Double IPA. Fully Adrift is a massively hopped, sticky, dank, tropical, resinous and magical double IPA brewed from a secret combination of hops added at over 8 lbs. per barrel! Fully Adrift is one of the most innovative double IPAs out there, its rich and juicy body is a combination of malt and hop oils leaving this beer juicy and dank and your mouth full of delicious hop character.

Training Bines IPA – 7.0% ABV

Training Bines forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a wonderfully complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from some of the Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic Lupulin Powder, and the Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop and the farmers who grow it!

Sassy Passey IPA – 6.7% ABV

An homage to a man that loves his leisure, this American IPA is brewed with Mosaic and Amarillo hops, and double dry hopped with Simcoe Lupulin Powder. Sassy Passey features a pale golden hue and notes of stone fruit, citrus, and dank assertive hops.

Misfire IPA – 7.1% ABV

With the Misfire IPA, we added an enormous amount of Citra, Equinox, Mosaic and El Dorado hops in a new way that showcases the flavor and aroma of the hops without making the beer bitter. With notes of orange, pineapple, tropical fruit, and a light layer of spiciness, Misfire is a juicy flavor forward IPA that focuses on the flavor, aroma and mouthfeel of the hop without a strong bitterness.

This beer starts with our award-winning Fully Adrift Double IPA brewed with Houndstooth “Foxtrot” Coffee. Fully Adrift is one of the most innovative double IPAs out there, its rich and juicy body is a combination of malt and hop oils leaving this beer juicy and dank and your mouth full of delicious hop character. Add some Foxtrot Coffee to it and your taste buds will be awake, attentive, and amazed!

ATX Pale Ale – 6.0% ABV

ATX Pale Ale is our new-school American style pale ale brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops and a light body. This style of pale ale focuses on the flavor and aroma of the hop and finishes with a crisp balanced bitterness. Intense aromas of dank tropical fruit, peaches, stone fruit, red berries and ripe pineapple notes are present throughout the flavor. The immense hop oil from the 4.5lbs/bbl used leave a delicious resinous hop oil character throughout the palate while finishing dry and sticky.

Ales for ALS Hazy IPA – 7.0% ABV

We are proud to once again participate in the annual Ales for ALS charity brew program this year! This year’s blend features Citra, Loral, HBC 472, HBC 344, HBC 431, HBC 568 (http://alesforals.com/HopBlend.aspx) lending itself quite nicely to producing our style of Hazy IPAs. We put together a recipe that not only showcases this hop blend, but also Simcoe Whole Leaf hops and a variety of exciting brewing techniques we have developed for such beers as WTF is Juice, Die in a Haze, Road to Nowhere, and Lupulin Wizard. The resulting beer is a hazy, juicy IPA with a soft mouthfeel and a dangerously drinkable finish. $1 of every pint sold will be donated to the Ales for ALS charity!

Man O' War IPA – 6.5% ABV

It could be argued that our brewers are more than just a little obsessed with hops… This obsession led to the creation of our flagship IPA, Man O’ War, an aggressively dry-hopped, West Coast influenced IPA with a huge hop display of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Brewed with Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops, this is a brew for those who truly love and appreciate all of the goodness that comes from those delicious little green cones.

Road to Nowhere DIPA – 9.0% ABV

This dank brew returns with a seasonal hop update, brewed with whole cone Chinook! When brewing the Road to Nowhere Double IPA, we utilized every available vessel in the brewery to delicately lower the temperature of the wort to ensure the smoothest and most aromatic beer possible. Road to Nowhere is super oily, dank, pungent with heavy citrus and tons of white flower.

What The @#&$ Is Juice NE IPA – 7.0% ABV

Straight JOOOOICE! A hop-filled haze bomb brewed with a soft pillowy mouthfeel that provides the foundation for a barrage of flavor, aroma hop additions and a double dry hop made up of Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic Lupulin Powder. This New England IPA is juicy, fruity, and dank in all the right places!

Lil' Sebastian Wit – 5.7% ABV

This magical lovechild of Belgian tradition and American ingenuity is brewed in our open-top fermenter with sweet orange peel and coriander. Lil’ Sebastian’s nose is filled with sweet orange, rustic grain, peppery and fruity berries, followed with mild dry estery mouthfeel and an extremely clean finish.

Old Beluga Amber Ale – 5.3% ABV

Old Beluga is a blend of elements from the English-Style ESB and an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out.

Blind Jake Porter – 6.0% ABV

Winner of a Bronze Medal at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Blind Jake is a beautiful cross between a robust and brown porter. This beer showcases rich chocolate malt notes and a pleasant herbal hop character.

Hop Engine Hazy Pale Ale – 5.3% ABV

An American Pale Ale powered by Mosaic, Calypso, and El Dorado hops, that culminate into a hazy golden pale ale filled with notes of tropical fruit, juicy dankness, and a soft dry pillowy mouthfeel!

Nomura Imperial Jellyfish DIPA – 10.0% ABV

This creature from the deep reemerges with its big tropical citrus character and dank orange, lychee, floral, and mostly dangerous notes! Brewed with Citra Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, and Azacca hops, the big characteristics of this hazy Double IPA are layered over floral notes to make this beer balanced and juicy.

Fluttershy Saison – 5.4% ABV

A traditional Belgian Saison brewed in our open top fermenter to highlight the complex notes produced by the White Labs 565 Saison Yeast Strain. Its complex yeast esters lend notes of rustic, pepper, and sweet fruit to this old world ale

Handlebier Pale Ale – 5.2% ABV

A modern update on the classic American Pale. Brewed with a light and refreshing malt bill accented with classic American Cascade and new school Mosaic Hops. Aromas of Ruby red grapefruit and balsam pine followed with flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry.

Strange but not Strangers Double SMaSH IPA – 6.9% ABV

Brewed with two varieties of malts (Pilsner and Wheat), and two varieties of hops (Simcoe and HBC 344), this juicy, hazy Double SMaSH IPA showcases notes of tropical fruit and catty, with a nice dry finish!
