Man O' War IPA – 6.5% ABV

It could be argued that our brewers are more than just a little obsessed with hops… This obsession led to the creation of our flagship IPA, Man O’ War, an aggressively dry-hopped, West Coast influenced IPA with a huge hop display of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Brewed with Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops, this is a brew for those who truly love and appreciate all of the goodness that comes from those delicious little green cones.

Hazed & Confused Hazy IPA (Batch #7) – 6.5% ABV

Juicy… Hazy… Delicious… Rooted in a partnership with the Austin Film Society and brewed in honor of the legendary coming-of-age film, ‘Dazed and Confused.’ The Hazed and Confused IPA is brewed with an exciting new hop, Denali, along with other favorite Pinthouse Pizza juicy hops, El Dorado and Mosaic, and a dash of that magical Mosaic Lupulin Powder just for good measure. This tropical fruit cocktail in a glass is highlighted with notes of sweet pineapple, pine, and a mix of citrus juice overlay a soft pillowy body that finishes with a rounded bitterness.

Old Beluga Amber Ale – 5.8% ABV

Old Beluga is a blend of elements from the English-Style ESB and an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out.

Burro’s Breakfast Mexican Style Lager – 6.0% ABV

Our Mexican Style Lager calling on the tradition of German influenced Mexican brewing, Burro’s Breakfast adds an American craft twist, producing a refreshing lager with just a bit more punch. Burro’s features the characteristic corn sweetness in the nose, a light but full body, and a tart dry finish with just a touch of sweetness and a soft balanced bitterness. We’re also stoked to announce that Burro’s Breakfast qualifies as a low-gluten beer!

Island Kitty PKIPA - 6.5% ABV

We first brewed Island Kitty IPA, a Painkiller-inspired Northeastern IPA last year in honor of Ryan “The Island Cat” Van Biene’s (a PHP owner) Birthday. A little background, a Painkiller, is a rum cocktail that originated at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. This beer is brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Huell Melon hops, along with pineapple, blood orange, coconut, and nutmeg. The result is a truly tropical IPA, with a full body, some underlying hop character, and it basks in the notes of juicy pineapple, tropical fruit, coconut, and nutmeg! If you need a vacation in a glass, head over right meow, the Island Kitty will not disappoint!

Hypothetically Hazy NE Wild DIPA – 8.9% ABV

Bursting onto the hop-laden hazy beer scene with incredible flavors, Hypothetically Hazy is a New England-style Wild Double IPA, stuffed with ridiculous quantities of Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops, and a mixed culture yeast strain with Conan yeast and a Brettanomycees. The result is an explosion of intense fruit hop character with notes of peach, pineapple, citrus, a touch of pine, accentuated by the Brettanomycees, and it finishes deliciously clean!

An American Pale Ale powered by Mosaic, Calypso, and El Dorado hops, that culminate into a straw golden pale ale filled with notes of tropical fruit, juicy dankness, and a soft dry mouthfeel!

Our brand new gose is brewed with mango puree in our open-top fermentation vessel! The cloudy orange goodness showcases a fresh ripe mango aroma with a nice tart finish.
