We like hops here at Pinthouse Pizza... some may say we are a bit obssesed with them, but we also like balance and drinkability and, we work tirelessly to create innovative beers of all styles that showcase the highest quality ingredients that we source for them. Whether it is our award-winning Fully Adrift Double IPA (2018 Alpha King Winner, 2014 Alpha King Runner Up and 2015 L.A. International Beer Competition Silver Medal), Nomura DIPA (2017 Alpha King 3rd place), Green Battles IPA (2018 GABF Gold Medal and 2018 World Beer Cup Gold Medal), our Electric Jellyfish IPA voted Austin's Best Overall Beer in 2016, 2017 & 2018, our delectably bold Bearded Seal Dry Irish Stout (2017 GABF Gold Medal), elusive Jaguar Shark Barrel Aged Stout (2015 L.A. Foot Racer Hazy DIPA – 8.5% ABV
A beer with an origin story that starts with a good old fashioned foot race, and ends with a palate-bending Hazy Double IPA. We’re stoked to finally team up with our amigos at Zilker Brewing and create this hop-laden beer. A classic Hazy build of flaked oats and unmalted wheat. Loaded with HBC 630 and YCH Tri-blend hops, and Citra powder to lay a bed of super tropical, tangerine and delicate peach for a dry hop of carefully selected lots of YCH Citra, Zilker’s select El Dorado, and Roy Farms’ Strata. Guaranteed to be a bomb of ripe tropical flavors, melon and juicy berries!

Mega Bloom Sour Ale w/Meyer Lemon, Gin Botanicals, Hibiscus and Agave – 7.5% ABV
Our latest sour ale creation, infused with Gin Botanicals, courtesy of STILL Austin Whiskey, Meyer lemon, hibiscus, and agave. Mega Bloom has notes of rich citrus, prickly pear, spring spice, and herbal tannin.

Mainstays Pinthouse South Lamar
Brewed with some of our favorite new hop varieties from our favorite hop farmers - Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy. Electric Jellyfish is filled with a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, mango, lychee, and a floral backbone. The Jellyfish is a hazy new school IPA focusing on the juicy hop flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness balanced and refreshing.

Nomura Imperial Jellyfish
ABV: 10.0% Available: Fall / Winter
Awarded 3rd Place in the 2017 Alpha King Challenge among the best hop-laden beers in the world. This creature from the deep emerges with its big tropical citrus character and dank orange, catty, juicy, and mostly dangerous notes! Brewed with Citra Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, and Azacca hops, the big characteristics of this hazy Double IPA are layered over floral notes to make this beer balanced and juicy.
ABV: 6.5% Available: Fall / Winter
Winner of a Bronze medal at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Blind Jake is a beautiful cross between a robust and brown porter. Features: rich chocolate malt notes and a pleasant herbal hop character. True story: Blind Jake was named after a bootlegger from the prohibition era that sold illegal hooch to a speakeasy owned by the grandfather of two of the owners of Pinthouse Pizza.
ABV: 5.4% Available: Summer
A traditional Belgian Saison brewed in our open top fermenter to highlight the complex notes produced by the White Labs 565 Saison Yeast Strain. Its complex yeast esters lend notes of rustic, pepper, and sweet fruit to this old world ale
Hazy Pale Ale
ABV: 5.3% Available: Summer / Fall
A Hazy American Pale Ale powered by Mosaic, Calypso, and El Dorado hops, that culminate into a hazy golden pale ale filled with notes of tropical fruit, juicy dankness, and a soft dry pillowy mouthfeel!
ABV: 5.4% Available: Fall / Winter
A modern update on the classic American Pale. Brewed with a light and refreshing malt bill accented with classic American Cascade and new school Mosaic Lupulin Powder. Aromas of ruby red grapefruit and balsam pine followed with flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry.
ABV: 5.3% Available: Summer / Fall
A truly German style keller pils brewed with Heirloom pilsner malt and Loral hops, giving it beautiful herbal and floral hop characteristics, and a nice soft mouthfeel.
ABV: 5.7% Available: Summer / Fall
The magical lovechild of Belgian tradition and American ingenuity is brewed in our open-top fermenter with sweet orange peel and coriander. Lil’ Sebastian’s nose is filled with sweet orange, rustic grain, peppery and fruity berries, followed with mild dry estery mouthfeel and an extremely clean finish.
Barrel Aged Series
The Pinthouse - Barrel Aged Series features small batch releases aged in bourbon barrels, rum barrels, or wine barrels, imparting flavors from both the root spirit as well as the wood oils. The Barrel Aged Series tends to produce some of the biggest, boldest, and most complex beers in the Pinthouse lineup.
